We have created this website to inform the local community about our martial art school in Murrieta CA, and also to help people make informed decisions before they enroll in our martial arts classes.

There’s so much misinformation on the internet with regards to taking martial arts classes in Murrieta, it can be difficult to choose a martial art school.

When I first started taking martial arts classes, I was not sure myself whether I had chosen the right school or not.

Sifu Russell

Sifu (teacher) Russell’s Kung Fu San Soo training began August 1983 earning his black belt from Steve Monday and Bill Lasiter four years later.

After graduating from California State University San Bernardino with a Bachelors degree in Economics, Sean resumed training and diligently earned his 4th degree black belt from Jerry Druckerman.

In June 2009 Sean succeeded in earning his 7th degree black belt from Dave Hopkins and is committed to expanding his knowledge of Kung Fu San Soo.

Sifu Russell is dedicated to teaching and preserving the traditional art of Kung Fu San Soo as taught by Jimmy H. Woo.

About Kung Fu San Soo

San Soo teaches the use of intersecting triangles and circles to provide a strong base which creates a powerful and devastating art. Kung Fu San Soo techniques are not randomly strung together but are well thought out systems of motion. The art was developed by monks with an excellent understanding of physiology and was designed to take out an opponent as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Kung Fu San Soo is not intended to be pretty and fancy. When practiced it is designed to be fierce and violent while simultaneously keeping a student’s body safe from injury.
